Rates, products and availability
Mortgage rates, lender products and qualifying rules change frequently and without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit or a guarantee of approval. Any rate discussed becomes meaningful only when a lender issues a written commitment.
Approvals are conditional
Pre-approvals and approvals depend on verification of income, credit, down payment and property, and on your circumstances remaining unchanged through to closing. Final terms are set by the lender.
Fees
On prime, A-lender mortgages the lender compensates the brokerage on funding and there is no fee to you. If a file requires a lender or arrangement that involves an agent fee, the amount is disclosed in writing before you commit to anything.
Your responsibilities
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Withholding or misstating information can void a lender commitment and, in some cases, constitutes fraud.
