FAQ

Questions about our services

Still unsure? Call 866-349-4915 and ask directly.

Which mortgage service do I need?
If you are buying, start with a pre-approval. If your term is ending, that is a renewal or a lender switch. If you want to access equity or lower a payment mid-term, that is a refinance. A ten-minute call sorts it quickly.
Do you charge for any of these services?
On prime, A-lender mortgages the lender pays the brokerage, so there is no fee to you. If a file ever requires a fee-based lender, the amount is disclosed in writing before you sign.
Can you help with more than one thing at once?
Yes. Many clients refinance one property while purchasing another, or renew a home mortgage while financing a rental. We structure the files together so one does not block the other.
