Information we collect

When you contact us or submit a mortgage enquiry we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, city, the type of mortgage help you need and any details you choose to share. If you proceed with an application we also collect the documentation lenders require, such as proof of income, identification and down payment confirmation.

How we use it

Your information is used to assess your mortgage needs, prepare and submit applications to lenders on your instruction, respond to your enquiry, and keep you informed about your file. With your consent we may contact you before a renewal date.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Consent and credit checks

A credit check is only performed with your express consent. Submitting an enquiry form or calling us does not authorise a credit inquiry.

Disclosure to lenders and partners

To arrange a mortgage we disclose relevant information to lenders, mortgage default insurers, appraisers and the lawyer handling your closing. Only the information required for that purpose is shared.

Storage and security

Documents are collected through secure upload rather than plain email wherever possible, and access is limited to those who need it to work on your file. Records are retained as required by mortgage agent services regulation in Ontario.

Website analytics and cookies

This website may use cookies or analytics to understand how visitors use the pages. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or withdraw consent for future communications at any time.
