Phil made the process of getting our dream home a breeze. He walked us through step by step ensuring we were getting the best rate possible. With him there was no such thing as a stupid question — he took the time to answer and explain the reasoning for that answer. Highly recommend Phil, he will take care of you and make you feel like you're family.
